25 Non-English Language Horror Films You Need to Watch

If you haven't yet decided what to watch this Hallowe'en, here's a late list of suggestions for films that will not only scare you, but will make you read a little. Without much preamble, let's get the rules straightened out: the primary language cannot be English (if it is a silent film, then the original language of the intertitles cannot be English). I have taken some liberties with the definition of horror here, as some of these films may classify as drama (or some other genre) on the surface. But one thing they have in common is that they will scare you on some level.

Fair warning: some of the following images contain fake blood.

Enjoy!
